Q. What does it cost? A. Costs vary relative to usage of the system. Basically, we use a flat-rate for companies below 500 users. Currently most courses cost EUR 23 each except for the DGR course which costs EUR 46. Courses costing EUR 23 are accessible for 9 months. The DGR course is accessible for 18 months. This means that each user can use the course an unlimited number of times during the period with no additional charge. There is also an initial start-up fee to cover set-up costs of your training site, administrator training and support. Check under 'Purchase' for specific prices. Q. I've noticed that you have two different prices for the same course what is the difference? A. Let’s take for example our Dangerous Goods course There are two ways to gain access to our courses. You either purchase the courses at our web shop or we create a crew training site for you. The price for the Dangerous Goods course if you buy as an individual (via our web shop) is 92 EUR. If it is your company who buys the courses and you buy the crew training platform and administrate all by yourself, you will have a 50% discount on the course and the Dangerous goods course will in this case cost 46 EUR. The crew-training platform has a one-time start-up fee of EUR 1150 (individual users who buy through our web shop do not pay this start-up fee), and is charged for the creation of the platform and initial support. We will initially set up the courses as you which, and assist you with all the support. Q. When does the invoice come? A. We send a report and invoice each month. Terms of payment are 20 days net. Q. Can I buy a single course without having the training site? A. Yes. If you do not wish to have your own training site, you may use ours. If there is a Skill Test connected, the Test Protocol will be sent to you as a PDF file, accompanied by a certificate. Q. How do I know the invoice is correct? A. A detailed report is attached with each invoice. To ensure everything is correct the report shows the due date for each course and user. |
