This is the procedure how to get started

To be done by you

• Send your contact details to us.
• Download our Excel sheet to fill in your crew data, and send it to us.
• Send a nice high resolution image of your aircraft, company, or crew to us. The image will be used for the login page.

To be done by Scandinavian eTraining Center

• Send you the requested syllabus, to be used by you when contacting the local CAA. We will also send some samples how to update your operating training manual (Part D in JAR-nations)
• Send you a contract which has to be signed by the accountable manager or appropriate representative.
• After receiving the contract we will register your site and send a bill of the start-up fee.
• After the start-up fee has been paid, we will educate your administrator how to use the system.
• We will also send you a template how to inform your crew.

It will take 1-4 days to start-up the system
